Hot exercising Chicks – Week 72 & 73
Well, here it is Wednesday and I’m just now putting up the exercising post for the past couple weeks.
I hope that all of you have been exercising away! How have you been doing?

Glad to see the post, but can’t totally remember what I did.
Week 72: 3 gym workouts + lots of dancing at a wedding
Week 73: 2 workouts + yard work

oh, oh, oh…I’ve been pretty good. Plus I still write it down on my special exercise wall calendar.
Week 72 was a particularly active one, much of which was canceled by Halloween candy: Walked to work 3 days; walked an additional 2 miles one day, 3 miles another day; bowled one day for an hour; did the bike and situps at the gym two other days; did pilates 35 min one day
Week 73: walked to work 3 days; exercise bike 35 minutes/situps/leg weights one of those days; exercise bike 20 min/weird elliptical thing 20 min/situps/arms another one of those days; walked ~4.5 miles with a friend on Sunday.
