Last is a bit of a blur to me. But I know I got between 1 to 1 1/2 miles four days last week.
I’m out town for training this week, so I hope I get some walking in. Probably walking up and down State Street to all the cool little stores, in the evening, will be the exercise I get.

Let’s see…
Mon: 3.25 mile loop. I ran 28.5 minutes of it and walked 12 minutes.
Tues: walk to work
Wed: Walk to work, 25 minutes exercise bike, situps, arms
Sunday: 3.25 mile loop. I ran 15 minutes and walked 26 minutes of it. Even though I ran a lot less of it, it still only took me 30 seconds more to do the loop.

Both of you are doing so great! I’m uber impressed. Alas, it doesn’t seem to be motivating me. But one of these days, maybe I’ll reach deep down inside a pick it up again.
I know Texas Seestor went to the gym some last week…. we’ll have to see what she has to say.

Mon – 30 minute AMT + sit ups
Wed – 30 minute ellipse + sit ups
Sat – 30 minute ellipse + leg weights + sit ups
Sun – 12 mi bicycle/50 minutes
