Hot exercising Chicks – Week 70
I know someone who did really well during the past week! (not me) How did the rest of you do?

I had an excellent week of walking:
Mon 1 mile
Tues 1 1/2 miles
Wed 2 miles
Thur 1 1/2 miles
Fri 1 mile
Don’t know if I’ll do that well this week, but it sure felt good last week.

The new gym is still very motivating. I have kind of lost track of what I did when, but here is my best guess…
Mon: 20min funky Precor AMT machine (think it stands for Adaptive Movement Trainer) + 15 or 20min ellipse + situps
Wednesday: 30min elliptical trainer + sit-ups
Saturday: 25min elliptical + 15min funky Cybex machine (Total Body Arc Trainer) + leg press & leg curls + situps
Sunday: 30min AMT machine + 10min treadmill + leg weights + situps

Wow! People are doing great – I need to keep it up now.
I think I put Monday’s exercise up last week, but here it is again: exercise bike 20 min, elliptical 25 min, sit-ups, walk to work (~1.8 miles)
Tues: walk to work
Wed: walk to work, bike 35 minutes, sit-ups, arms
Fri: walk to work
Sun: walk 5 miles in 75 min

Saturdays, we have a healthy living meeting at our church and we do about 15 minutes of brisk walking to start our meetings off. Other than that chasing around my little one is about all the exercise I get.
