    Walked a mile on Monday, one and a half on Wednesday, and danced for 30 minutes on Friday! Not much, but still good for me. :-)

    You’re doing great Squirl!!

    Thurs & Fri I walked to work (~30 min/1.8 miles total each day)
    Saturday night I danced for probably an hour at a party.

    Today I started getting back in to the swing of things – walked to work, 25 min on the elliptical, 20 min on the bike, situps. It felt good to go to the gym again!

    The new posh gym which is only a few miles from our house opened this past weekend. Yay! I can admit it…I am a gym snob.

    Saturday – 30min funky Precor machine (will have to figure out the name of it) + sit-ups

    Sunday – 20min swim + 20min elliptical + sit-ups
