Lets see. Last week both Jenski and Squirl reported doing well with fitness.

Well, it’s not a lot, but I’m still going. I took two one mile walks and one two mile walk.
I don’t think I could ever beat Jenski, even on her worst week.

Oiy. I’m sliipping. Tooooooo busy.
Tuesday I walked to work; exercise bike 35 minutes, situps
Yesterday (Monday), I did 35 minutes of pilates
I have even been driving to work.
Danielle says:
Oh! Oh! I think, Squirl, that you have surpassed Jenski!

Squirl says:
Hee hee, comparatively speaking.
But my weight is down to a new low! My new scale shows tenths of pounds. So, even though I hit a new low yesterday, I was .2 lower than that today. I’m not worried that I’ll never get back to my high school-20′s weight; my ribcage showed back then.
Yay, I love it when trying to eat right and exercise work!
