I guess just because I didn’t exercise last week doesn’t mean that everyone else has slacked off.

Tues: walk to work, 10 min elliptical, 20 min bike, situps
Wed: walk to work
Thurs: bike 35 min, situps
Fri: walk to work
Sun: walk 5 miles/75 min
Mon: walk to work, bike 35 min, situps

I’ve done horribly when it comes to conventional exercise, but my son is keeping me hopping these days. He is on the verge of crawling, so you know I’ll be busy.

I haven’t been keeping track of the days, but I’m pretty sure that I walked more than a mile at least four days last week. This week isn’t going so well. Too lazy, I guess.

My walk to work is 0.8 miles.

I, too, did not exercise last week. I appear to have caught Munchie’s cold which does not bode well for this week.
