Hot exercising Chicks – Week 66

I guess just because I didn’t exercise last week doesn’t mean that everyone else has slacked off.

    Tues: walk to work, 10 min elliptical, 20 min bike, situps
    Wed: walk to work
    Thurs: bike 35 min, situps
    Fri: walk to work
    Sun: walk 5 miles/75 min
    Mon: walk to work, bike 35 min, situps :)

    I’ve done horribly when it comes to conventional exercise, but my son is keeping me hopping these days. He is on the verge of crawling, so you know I’ll be busy. :)

    I haven’t been keeping track of the days, but I’m pretty sure that I walked more than a mile at least four days last week. This week isn’t going so well. Too lazy, I guess.

    I, too, did not exercise last week. I appear to have caught Munchie’s cold which does not bode well for this week.
