Hot exercising Chicks – Week 65

Part of me feels like last week flew by, and the other part of me feels like it lasted forever.

    Although I had good intentions to walk multiple times, I only managed to make it out one day – Saturday. 14.57 min/mile pace. About average for me.

    Maybe this week will be better….

    Who wants to bet that Jenski was an exercise animal again? ;-)

    Jenski, you are an inspiration to us all.

    :) I didn’t do badly! Now that the walk I was sorta training for is over, I need to try not to lose my motivation!
    Tues: walk to work, 20 min exercise bike, situps
    Wed: 2.5 mile loop in 30 min (run 10 min), situps, arms
    Thurs: walk to work, 25 min bike, situps, legs
    Sat: apple picking and my arms are wicked tired, yes, wicked.
    Sun: walk 30 min, swim 20 laps
    Mon: walk to work, & walk 45 min w/friend who just moved around the corner!

    Was on vacation last week, so not much exercise for me. I did manage to kick several laps around the pool on a couple of days, but mostly it was just about relaxing.

    As Danielle knows, Trainwreck and I joined a new gym which will be opening very soon near our house. We are hoping that the nice new facilties will motivate us.

    How did I miss this? I’ve actually been walking most days. Usually between 1 and 2 miles five days a week.
