Hot exercising Chicks – Week 62
Everyone did remarkably well the week before last. How did you do last week?

I sucked at exercise this week.

I’m still doing okay!
Tues – walk/run 5 miles in 60 minutes, arm weights
Wed – walk to work + walk 3.5 miles/60 minutes
Thurs – walk to work + walk 3.5 miles/50 minutes; situps
Sat – play with my roommates niece so much that my back muscles are still sore, so that counts.
Sun – Walk 8 miles/2 hours

I walked 2 times.
Wednesday, 2.6 miles, 15.21 miles/min pace
Saturday, 2.6 miles, 15.01 miles/min pace
Oh, and last week, I made a mistake. My fastest walking yet was 14.39 miles/min. Not 14.89.

Hmm. Did I exercise? I think I biked on Saturday, but not much else.
Sigh.
