Hot exercising Chicks – Week 57
Another week. It was looking better last week than the week before, did anyone continue to improve?

I did! Last week, I walked twice and this week, I walked 3 times.
Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
All three times I went 2.6 miles and walked for 40 minutes at a pace of 15.2-15.3 minutes/mile.
I was hoping that one of those walks would’ve had a faster average pace, because I was at 13.4 for some parts of it, but I guess including the warm up and cool down changes the average quite a bit. I might try leaving that part out sometime and seeing what I get.

Danielle, you should totally separate the parts of your walk (warm up, cool down, fast pace). It’s amazing how quickly you can see a difference! I always stop my watch when I’m stretching…Is that cheating?
I keep up with my calendar so I feel I have to exercise…
Tuesday – walk 50 min
Wednesday I rode the exercise bike 25 min, elliptical 20 min, situps and some arm weights
Thursday – elliptical 35 min, situps
Friday – walk 30 min
Sunday – walk 70 min
Yesterday/Mon – walk 30 min, elliptical 35 min, situps, and arm weights
Saturday I laid on my stomach reading at the beach for 4 hours. I swear I reapplied sunscreen but the sun didn’t care. Having a sunburn all down your back is not conducive to exercise!
