Hot exercising Chicks – Week 56
Another week has come and gone. Did you get any closer to making your fitness goals?

I did get closer than the previous week. Last week, I walked 2 times, instead of just once.
On Wed: 2.3 miles, 35 min, ave pace 15.4 min/mile
On Friday: 2.6 miles – I had technical difficulties and lost my exercise data *sigh*, but I know that my pace was better.
This week, I really want to make it out 3 times.

Good for you. I took some walks, but I’m not sure how long they were. Not as long as yours, though.

Tuesday I walked 30 min, bike 25 min, situps
Wednesday I went canoeing for 4 hours
Thursday I exercise-walked 80 min (versus the 30 minutes total to and from work that isn’t as fast)
Today I walked 40 min, biked 35, and did situps

I went on a walk and did some aerobics on two days.

Well! Things seem to be perking up for everyone. I hope we can keep with it this week!

Walk on Saturday ~30min
Ride on Sunday; short (~11miles) but fast (15.2mph). Note: this is very slow compared to professional riders or even people who are in really good shape, but it is the fastest I have averaged since pre-pregnancy.
