I walked on Wednesday, but that was it.
i have a new tracker that plugs into my nano and tells me my pace and distance (among other things). I walked 2.8 miles in 42 min (including warm-up and cool-down) and my average pace excluding the warm-up and cool-down was 15.05 minutes per mile.

I just went on a walk once this week. Friday.

Hmm. I did one yoga session from a DVD, but that was it.
Maybe I need to look for one of those tracker gizmos. It might just motivate me.

Tuesday I walked 90 min,; Thursday bike 30 min, elliptical 15 min, situps & arms; Friday walk 30 min; Saturday walk 70 min, jog 10 min; Sunday jog 18 min, walk 7; Monday jog 20 min, walk 5 min, situps.
