I was more active than some weeks, but I can’t say that it was really exercising….
On Tuesday, I walked and reallly did exercise as normal.
On Saturday I pulled weeds.
On Sunday we went bowling and played 2 games.
Pulling weeds was a drag, but the bowling was sure fun!

I didn’t do anything last week except one long walk on Thursday.
I haven’t been feeling as “get up an go” this week as I pulled a muscle, so I’ve just kind of been sitting it out.

Saturday – 30mile bike ride (~2hours)
Sunday – lots of tree and bush trimming, and weed pulling. Our yard looks a lot better.
Mom (now mostly referred to as Grandma in our house) was visiting and helped a ton on the yard work. A big shout out to Mom for her help!

Tuesday – walk 30 min
Wednesday – bike 30 min; elliptical 12 min; situps; some arm weights
Thursday – walk 45 min
Friday – walk 45 min
Sunday – walk 15 min; bike 25 min; elliptical 25 min; situps
Monday – walk 30 min; bike 35 min; situps; some arms.
I really don’t have much patience at the gym, so after cardio, stretching, and situps, any weights I do are very half-hearted! It’s better than nothing, right?

No kidding.
If I did that much everyday, I’d look..wow.

I just haven’t been into exercising like I should. I took a nice longer walk once. Everything else has been gardening, which I guess is better than just sitting.

Pfft – I don’t have anything like a house or a child to take care of. Just grad school and exercising – the preferable choice is clear!
