I was really fighting with myself to do pilates on Tuesday, because I just couldn’t get up the gumption to do it.
But I did.
And then I was so sore for the rest of the week that I couldn’t do it again. *sigh* It was just too hot to go walking outside.
So, I hope you did better.

26mile bike ride on Sunday
Wanted to bike on Saturday, but weather did not cooperate.

Wow, I’ve been sooo out of it for the last few weeks. I’m sorry.
But this week I did stuff.
Walk on Monday
Tues- notta
Wednesday – About 2 mi
Thursday – tons of stairs
Friday – walking
Saturday – walking and dancing
Sunday – nothing

I didn’t do anything except gardening. Worked so long on Saturday that I’m still wiped out. I don’t do so well in this heat.

Hmmm…last week I was literally sitting on my behind all week driving with a friend from Los Angeles to Baltimore. It was fun, but you end up feeling lazy and stiff! This week I’ll try my best to make up for it.
