I met my goal of walking 3 times per week.
I’m glad for that.
I walked on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Obviously, getting myself motivated on the weekdays is proving to be the most difficult challenge and this week I had the weather to contend with. Don’t get me wrong, we need the rain, but I still wish it would rain at times other than when I want to go walking.
Amber guessed the songs on my iPod (in the Updated gadget post) – the only other visible song is Behind These Hazel Eyes (another Kelly Clarkson).
Lest you think that I only listen to Kelly Clarkson, I’ll tell you that I’ve also got Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne, Maroon 5, Green Day, and the Black Eyed Peas in my recently downloaded list (in addition to that song New Shoes which is by someone kind of unknown).
Good luck sticking to your goals this week!

Gardening has been the bulk of my exercise now lately. I’m still losing weight, so it must not be bad.
There’s a Kelly Clarkson song that I really like that was in Love Actually.

I love Green Day for the gym and I also find old school N Sync and Backstreet Boys fun.
I walked 75 min Monday and cleaned 70 minutes. I wouldn’t normally count cleaning, but my roommate is gone and I went crazy on the cleaning!
Tuesday I walked 30 min, and walk/ran a 2.5mile loop in 26 min; Wed pilates 35 min, walk 20 min; Thurs walk 30 min, swim laps 22 min.
