Hot exercising Chicks – Week 47
Well, another week has gone by. How did all of you do?

I did better than I did last week. As you’ll recall, I only went for one long walk last week.
Tuesday – one fast-paced, long walk that gave me a migraine (as I already mentioned) (usually, these are 45-50 minutes)
Thursday – 20 minutes of walking – regular pace – after I drove off from school, I remembered that there was something I forgot to put in the freezer – oops.
Friday – one 20 min. walk – fast, but short
Saturday – one long walk – medium/fast – trying to avoid a migraine – which worked
So, all in all, I made it 3 days to go out specifically exercising and one day of walking extra around work. I’m pretty pleased with that. Especially since on 2 of those days, I almost talked myself out of going.

I only managed 2 days this week…
Friday – 25min elliptical at gym
Saturday – 18mile bike ride (~1hr 20min)
Did some more yard work on Sunday and worked up a sweat, but probably not enough to clasify as ‘exercise’.

Lessee..
I took a walk this week, for a couple of minutes. I also was outside working on the landscaping for a good while for three days, which was a lot of work.
I joint compounded and scraped the walls.
Then I went on a 4.5 mile biking trip around Phalen Lake.
So.. more, I know
Monday – Nothing
Tuesday – Yard Work
Wednesday – Nothing
Thursday – Walked around Minneapolis for a while.
Friday – Stairs, walking and wincing (wincing counts! hehehe) while getting my ultrasound. Because I had to pee really, really bad and the technician kept jabbing my bladder. Also took the 4.5 mile bike ride. What a trip.
Saturday – walking and landscaping. With moving bricks and dirk and digging and what not.
Sunday – Landscaping and a walk.

Wow! Everyone is so active!
Hmmm…Tues walk/run 2.2 mi in 27.5min, situps; Wed exercise bike 35 min, walk 30 min, situps; Thurs walk 30 min; Sat run/walk 2.2 mi in 24.5 min; Sun 30 min pilates, run/walk 2.2 mi in 24 min.
I keep running/walking the same route so that I can see improvement. Now that my shins aren’t burning after running for 5 minutes, it’s going much better!
