Fuzzy Friend Friday – soooo sleepy
This happened on the same weekend day when the Girlie-girl was meowing at us to turn the heat on. I was sitting on the couch upstairs. She had been downstairs trying to sleep, but was too cold, evidently. She came upstairs and meowed at me several times. I was rather cold myself, so I asked her if she thought we should get out the electric blanket. She didn’t answer, of course, but as soon as I got it plugged in and warmed up, I plopped her on top of it. Boy did she start purring. It didn’t take long for her to tuck in and fall asleep.
She actually slept so soundly, that she didn’t wake up when I got up to go to the bathroom. Since I have a lot of trouble photographing her asleep (because she always wakes up) I decided that this was definitely a photo opportunity.

It’s cold and rainy here this morning, and that photo makes me want to go home and curl up on the couch with Henry. He’s a good snuggler.
