    I did really really poorly.

    I only went once. Elliptical on Thursday for 30 min.

    I had motivation issues last week, evidently. Because there was no one thing that really kept me from exercising, other than just wanting to get home and not really feeling like it.
    I’ll try to get in gear this week.

    I too did poorly this week and don’t see it getting better this week because I have a lot of holiday party stuff to deal with (a double whammy because of all that food).

    Curling Monday (problems with the ice kept us off on Thursday). 30 minutes elliptical Tuesday. Painting ceilings and walls at Habitat for Humanity Saturday for 4 hours, which only counts as exercise because I was way sore afterwards.

    Must have been a bad exercise week. I only did twice and I really want to get to the gym 3 times.

    Monday and Wednesday I did the exercise bike 30 minutes, sit ups, and walk 30 minutes. I also did a lot of Christmas tree stuff that left my arms and shoulders sore…Like putting up my parents 11ft tree?!

    I made it to Curves 3 times last week. And I made my walking goal six out of seven days. I also still have a very sore muscle in the front of my right thigh from shoveling the heavy snow on Friday. That has to count for something. :)
