I did! I did!
I went once with lots of energy and get-up and go. The second time I had to squeeze it in while I was visiting my in-laws, I had no drive to go at all. But I made myself go in order to counter-act some of the extra goodies I was eating. And once I got out, I was fine. Just had to get out there. That seems to be my biggest hurdle always.
So, here is how it played out
Tues – treadmill – 45 min (I got on one of the unlimited-time ones)
Fri – walked – 45 min
Sat – walked – 45 min

Monday – swim 20 laps
Tuesday – Pilates 30 min
Sunday – Run 20 minutes, walk 15 minutes
I’m impressed with how much you fit in over a holiday weekend, Danielle! The only thing I did while I was out of town was pick up stones of my parents’ (DIRT) driveway for 20 minutes. Had to get it ready for the snowblower this winter…

Monday: curling
Fri-Sun: 9 holes golf each day.
really tough to fit it in on a holiday week.

Good for you. Sometimes the energy doesn’t seem to be there, but once you get started it picks right up.
I made it to Curves twice and did a lot of housework and some wall painting. Not too bad for an eatin’ holiday week.

Walking in malls counts!!!
And I flew a plane… I guess that can count since my heart rate was really high.
um. And I did my sit ups and pilates about every two days.
Not that much motivation + eating freak tons of food = gaining a couple of pounds.
This week I’m REALLY working it.

I am impressed by how much everyone did. I, for one, did not do as well. I am going to chalk part of it to my ongoing cold which I have had for almost 2 weeks now. Ugh.
I did manage to walk on at least one (or two?) days. Trainwreck said I should include our trips to Hope Depot and Lowes as the walking there about did me in. The only other “exercise” I got was trying to organize the pile of baby stuff we have accumulated over the past couple of weeks…my back and feet were sore the next day from the squatting, bending, and up/down stairs.

Does disco dancing count?
