Hot exercising Chicks – Week 41
Well, I sure didn’t post at all last week except for the exercising post. I’ve been okay, just empty of post ideas.
But here we are, another week has gone by and we are on Thanksgiving week! It will be tough to get exercising in with the holiday and all, but hopefully we can all manage it. Good luck to you, on keeping up with your fitness this week.

I went to the gym twice with the intention of exercising on the weekend, but I never made the weekend exercising happen.
Tues – treadmill x 30 min
Thurs – elliptical x 30 min
Note that there is a 30 min limit on the machines. But I was glad to get on them; it was really crowded those days and looking difficult to find one.

Wed: Walked 38min
Fri: 30min walk
Sat: 20min walk
Sun: no exercise walking, but lots of walking around Babies R’ Us and buying baby stuff.
Another ho hum week, but still getting some exercise.

Monday and thursday: curling. otherwise I did nothing. yikes, no way to prep for turkey week!

Mon exercise bike 30 min, walk 30 min, situps
Wed walk 30 min, stair master 5 minutes and then I decided I would die if I didn’t switch back to the trusty exercise bike (20 min)
Fri walk 30 min
Sat walk 1 hr, bike 30 min, situps, leg weights.
Any one else ever use a stair master? That thing was a killer and the only machine open when I got to the gym that day?!
