Hot exercising Chicks – Week 39

Last week was quite an accomplishment for SeaQueen! Yay, SeaQueen!

Texas Seestor has also been remarkably good about exercising frequently and is consistently hitting 4 days a week, if not more!

The rest of us are hanging in there too. So, how did you do this week?

    I finally went back to making my 3x’s a week goal.

    Mon – elliptical machine – 30 min
    Thurs – treadmill – 30 min
    Sat – walked outside – 40-45 min

    Each day was pretty good. I’ve got a new bag designated as my gym bag, and I’m starting to figure out what I need to take and what I don’t. I think that I decided that I’d take my gym bag in with me every day (except Wednesdays when I have choir practice at night), because some mornings I don’t feel like exercising, but by t he time the afternoon rolls around I do. And then if I don’t have my clothes and shoes, there is no way that I can go. So, I’m just going to take it all every day.

    Good for your3x’s this past week!

    I made it to Curves twice, which isn’t bad considering the stuff that was happening in my life last week.

    I lost my pedometer the Saturday before. I figured it was at the store, but I don’t go to that store very often. I just happened to be there yesterday so I checked. Sure enough, someone had found my (unharmed) pedometer and I’m wearing now. :)

    Monday and Tuesday were bad because I was stuck on a machine all day and most of the night :-( The rest of the week was better.
    Weds: 45 minute elliptical
    Sat: 45 minute walk/hike, 1.5 mile run/walk
    Sun: 45 minute elliptical

    I think I did something thurs or fri, but I can’t remember…

    Less exercise days for me as I was not feeling all that great on Friday and there wasn’t a good time on Saturday to walk (see below).

    30min walk on 3 days (can’t remember exactly which days….Tues, Wed, Sun or Wed, Thurs, Sun????).

    On Saturday, I spent quite a bit of time walking and standing around Trainwreck’s parents’ ranch, so even though I didn’t get my heart rate up, I was pooped by the end of the day.

    Hmmm…I don’t know if all of this is exactly correct, but:

    Wed: 30 min exercise bike, situps
    Thurs: Run 10 min, walk 60 minutes
    Fri: Walk 80 min
    Sat: Walk 60 min
    Sun: Run 20 min; Walk 75 min

    I found it much easier to get out walking/running because I was dog sitting a lab and she is much calmer when she is TIRED.
