I was sick all week, running a fever, etc. So, I didn’t end up exercising at all.
I probably could’ve today or yesterday, but I could seem to get up the motivation. I hope to get back to it this week.

I walked 30 minutes Tues through Friday, rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes Thursday and Saturday, and did leg weights Saturday.
It’s better to rest and recover when you’re sick!

I ran ~1.5 miles Monday and Friday and did the fitness trail (~1.5 miles with strength/balance excercises) on Weds.

I agree that is better to rest while you are feeling sick and skip the exercising. Hope you are all better now.
Got in 5 days of exercise. Aiming for 5-6.
Tues- 30min elliptical
Wed – 30min elliptical
Thurs – 30min stationary bike
Sat – 35min walk
Sun – 30min walk
