I only exercised twice this week, instead of meeting my goal of three times.
I walked on Tuesday and did Pilates on Friday.
I had every intention of exercising today (Sunday) but I’ve had a sore throat all day and thought that I’d be better off resting and recovering than pushing it. I hope to do better this week.

If you feel sick I don’t think you should push yourself. When you’re sick you need to rest and rebuild your energy.
This week I made my goal six out of seven days. I even got into a slightly smaller pair of jeans. They were still tight, but I was able to zip and button them and then I worked, squatting and reaching, painting in them! It made my resolve all the better.

I too was not as good this week as last. I started off strong with a mostly run/some walking on Monday for about a half hour (I don’t know how far I went-time to buy a pedometer). On Tuesday, I did the fitness trail (something they have on my campus) with two friends. Then soreness and afternoon plans wiped out my good intentions for the rest of the week. I will be better this week!

I took a walk one day this week, and did dance aerobics another time.
I was intended to do some heavy bike riding with Andy this weekend, but Saturday turned sour and I ended up in the emergency room all freaking day on Sunday. Now, the dr. says no straining myself for a week and I am sad because I actually want to get up off my tush.

I walked half an hour Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. I went apple picking Saturday and sadly my arms are sore from carrying bag(S) of apples so we’ll count that too!
Texas Seestor says:
I was on vacation for most of the week in Colorado, but I managed to get in some exercise. The biggest problem with exercising in Colorado was that we were up in the mountains and I would get out of breath pretty quickly.
Mon: 30min walk
Tues: 20min ellipse machine; 10min stationary bike
Wed: Walked some in airport, but more of a stroll vs. fast walking
Thurs: 45min walk
Fri: 35min walk
Sat: No purposeful exercise, but lots of preparations for a wedding (moving stuff around, up and down stairs, etc.)
Sun: 20min walk; not much walking in airport
jenski says:
For all the walkers — mapmyrun.com, there is a googlemaps-powered site that you can use to map out a walk and it gives you the distance. You can also input your weight, height, age, sex, and time and it will calculate pace and calories too!
