I had the best of intentions, but only exercised 2 days instead of my usual 3.
I walked hard and fast on both Monday and Thursday.
I did stroll around the State Fair for 4 or so hours on Saturday, which sure made me exhausted by the time we were done – but only qualifies as more movement than I’d be doing if I were home reading all day and doesn’t exactly qualify as aerobic exercise. But, it is better than nothing, I suppose. I hope to write up a post about the fair. So, stay… um… posted (for lack of a better term).

Ok, let’s see. I was definitely better at stuff this week.
Monday. Monday…um, I forget. [Thinking]
Oh! Right!
I walked on Monday with Andy and Jonah about 3/4 of a mile.
Tuesday I walked with Jonah 3/4 of a mile, did some 15 minute aerobics, and sit ups.
Wednesday I did only 10 minutes of aerobics as I started to feel a bit sick.
Thursday I did 10 minutes aerobic dancing, a small amount of jumping rope, and some sit ups. Later that night was my spa night and I did 20 minutes of Yoga.
Friday Jonah and I took a walk in the park and met for a picnic and lunch. Then we did about 20 minutes of dancing.
Saturday was full of house work, painting, mowing and rolling the lawn, and arranging some more furniture.
Sunday was shopping day.
That is all.
I am already doing REALLY good for THIS week, so we shall see if I can keep it up!

Hmmm…I may start reappearing, especially on the exercise posts. Undergrads are back on campus, classes are back in session, and it will be harder to get myself in to the gym! Anyway…Last week I went on three 1 hour walks.

Tuesday: 25min ellipse machine
Thursday: 25min ellipse machine
Saturday: 15min exercise bike; 15min ellipse machine
Sunday: 25min recumbent bike
Several people at work suggested the recumbent bike might feel better than a regular exercise bike at the gym. Wrong!!!! My knees kept bumping my ever growing belly so I ended up holding up my belly slightly with my hand most of the time.

Even though I was sick as a dog on Wednesday, I still did my walking goal six out of seven days. I was also up and down ladders on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday painting in the new house. I’ll try to get pictures tomorrow so I can do a post about it.
