Hot exercising Chicks – Week 29
Here we are again. Another week has gone by.

Tuesday i did Pilates with the cardio segment added on
Friday I walked outside
Saturday I did more Pilates (no cardio)
I had hoped to do something on Sunday too, but I got engrossed in a good book and got distracted.

M,T,W – 20 mins dancing aerobics.
Th-F – Lazy (well, I took a walk on one of these days.)
Saturday we went on a bike ride into St. Paul.
Sunday we took a half hour walk.

Tues – 25min ellipse machine
Wed – Swim
Two things…first, using the ellipse machine on Tuesday was (I think) my first time back on since becoming pregnant. Boy, did I get out of breath quickly and my a couple of times my belly felt like it was wobbling around. I bet I looked pretty funny, but I felt good afterward, so that is what counts.
Second thing…I had really good intentions of swimming on Friday and then going to the gym on Saturday and Sunday. That would have gotten me to 5 days of exercise which is more than I have done my whole pregnancy. But, I came down with a stomach virus and spent a good part of Friday and all of Saturday and Sunday laying around trying to get better. I DO feel better today, so hopefullyl I can get back to exercising tonight or tomorrow.
