Hot exercising Chicks – Week 27
Another week has come and gone. How did you do this week?
Texas Seestor, did you go for some swims?
Amber, did you do aerobics?
Squirl, did you meet your pedometer goals every day by going for some walks?

Danielle says:
I did pilates on 3 different days. Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
To be honest though, I’m looking forward to getting back to walking outside. I noticed that it was a bit cooler off and on this week, but the humidity was still high, so I decided to stay in. Hopefully soon though, I’ll be able to go back to walking outside.
Squirl says:
Well, I made my over-7500 goal six days this past week. I’m so proud of me. We are supposed to hit our goal at least five days each week. I’m very pleased with the progress so far.
But I’m only going to hit around 3000 today. I’ve heard that 3000 is the norm for most people to hit in a regular day. But I will do my goal the rest of the week.
Good luck on your humidity situation.
Amber says:
Wow, I’ve had that happen before, too, Squirl.
hehehehehe. Our blogs are playing tricks on us.
Ok, so for this week (and shoot, I need to post my eating post tonight! GAR!! I’m POOPED!):
Monday – 30 minutes dancing/aerobics, 30 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks
)
Tuesday – 15 aerobics, 30 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks
Wednesday – 15 minutes aerobics
Thursday – Sat on my bootay, did some sit ups, and some jumping rope. Mostly lazy, though. UNTIL I worked on cleaning up the house, which was lots of walking around and stuff.
Friday – Garage sale – lots of standing, lifting of things, moving of things, chasing of babies, and talking. (talking burns calories.
Saturday – Same thing.
yay! I love this cooler weather!
Texas Seestor says:
Wed. – Swim 25min
Fri. – Swim 25min
Sun. – 1.5hr yard work (trainwreck did the hard work, but I edged and pulled lots and lots of weeds)
I know this probably doesn’t count, but spent 2.5hours in Babies R Us on Saturday walking around registering for baby stuff. Fun, but tiring.
Amber says:
I think that registry shopping should definitely count!
Walking, standing, and accelerated heart rate because of the excitement.
Danielle says:
Yay! Everyone has done so well this week! That is great news!
Texas Seestor says:
Woo hoo!!! Based on Amber’s comments, I am going to count the registry trip to Babies R Us.
