I am pleased to report that I did manage to exercise three times last week.
Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. I did lower-body pilates, pilates, and cardio pilates respectively.
Hopefully I can bump it up to 4 times this week.

You probably don’t want to do too much outside this week. Isn’t it supposed be over 100 there today?
i took a very hot walk on Saturday. Other than that, just my usual frantic darting around at work when I’m not chained to my desk.

I did better this week…
Monday – 30min swim
Wednesday – 25min swim
Friday – 25min swim
Saturday – 2hours of yard work (edging, weed eating, trimming bushes)

Saturday: cleaning out our breezeway and garage for the garage sale I am hosting.
