Hot exercising chicks and chicos – Week 23
Here we are again. Another week has gone by. Another scorcher.

I could’ve done better, but I also could’ve done worse.
I exercised to DVDs inside on two days. I think it was Tuesday and Friday. Tuesday I did lower body pilates for the first time. It was hard! And Friday I did the cardio-pilates DVD that I have. This time, I actually did some of the cardio part instead of skipping it entirely. I got about halfway through it. Next time, I plan on doing the whole thing.
For my third exercise day – today – I did housework. In addition to the usual sweeping/mopping, I had furniture that had to be vacuumed free of cat hair and that involved some particularly aggressive movement. My arms are feeling it. I had hoped to do another exercise DVD today, but couldn’t quite get up the gumption after the housework.

I took a couple of 20 minute walks on Friday. Yesterday I did housework, including mopping floors on my hands and knees, and some dancing/aerobics. As we’ve said. It’s just too hot to want to exercise outside.

Tuesday: 25 min bike (trainer*)
Thursday: 25 min bike
Saturday: 25 min swim
Sunday: 30min bike
* All bike rides will be on trainer as not allowed to ride on road while pregnant.

Yay Texas Seestor! You appear to have broken through your tiredness and have chalked up an excellent amount of exercise last week! Way to go!

Aww, shoot, I forgot to post my exermasizen’ and I forgot what I did last week.
Yard work, dancing, a walk once, and then some jumping jacks. At least 3 days out of the week I did something.
