Hot exercising chicks and chicos – Week 20
Well, another week has gone by and we’ve now been at this for 5 months.

I went out for fast walks on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. I’m glad that I was out at least 3 times. I’d like to keep that as my minimum.
For the walks on Thursday and Saturday, I added in jogging for part of it and the best part is that on Thursday, I jogged farther than i’ve ever jogged before! Maybe I really am making strides in my well-being.

I got a few walks in this week, though nothing terribly fast. 30 minutes on Tuesday, 25 on Friday and 45 today.

Monday – bike ride
Tuesday – bike ride
Wednesday – aerobics
Thursday – aerobics and sit ups
Friday – walking around Andy’s work
Saturday – walk/jog for a long time.
Sunday – lazy. oh wait, I mowed the lawn.
Huh.
I was surprised I was able to jog so long. I’m happy with myself. I should keep up the work and hopefully be better next week. And I’m sore now. Real sore.

Friday: Swim 25min
Sunday: Swim 20-25min

Ya know, I did something every day, but that means I am probably going to be a lethargic bum this week.
I’ve already NOT done something for Monday.

And I am glad “mowing the lawn” counts, because dang that is hard!
