Hot exercising chicks and chicos – Week 18
Well, I just got back from a hard exercise walk and am sweating copiously and am bright red in my face.

Bike ride on Tuesday
Walks on Saturday and Sunday
I pooped out the rest of the week and couldn’t get up the gumption to go out.
I’ll do better this week.

I finally am getting a bit of exercise, thanks to Ichabod. He got me out on three 30-minute walks this last week.
Of course, toward the end of the one last I tripped on some uneven sidewalk. I didn’t break skin this time, but knee has a nice bruised lump and my hip and shoulder (on the same side) are not happy with me.
Just can’t take me anywhere, I guess.

M-F: Dancing and Aerobics for at least 15 minutes apiece, but not going longer than 30 minutes and 200 jump ropes.
Saturday: Walk
Sunday: Walk and Jumping rope
And here I am, not doing so well at the start of this week. OK I gotta get going.
Squirl, I’m a lot like you. I banged my elbow into a doorknob the other day and it huuuuurts! woo!
We should meet, then we could walk together and be klutzes together.
Yay exercise!

Sun: 30min bike ride on trainer
Have a feeling the pool is going to become my primary mode of outdoor exercise given that it is pushing upper 90′s and threatening 100′s.
