Between adjusting to my new job and the rain, my weekday activity was limited to walking to and from my parking spot and climbing lots of stairs in my building.
Mon-Friday – 30 min per day of walking
Saturday – none
Sunday – exercise walk

I took a nice stroll on Wednesday. That’s when I got those tree flower pictures. The rest of the week, nothing.

Ummm..
M-F – 30 mins aerobics and 50 jumping jacks and scary crazy situps, increasing 5 per day.
Saturday – Car sitting
Sunday – Walking, I think.

Hmmm. Not much for me or at least I can’t remember doing much. Hour walk on Saturday down by the lake. Hope to do this more as a pleasant way to spend an hour.
