Danielle says:
I am sticking to it!
Monday through Friday I walked interspersed with some jogging. On Thursday I left out most of the jogging and only walked because my legs were bothering me.
Sat & Sun I went for bike rides. I went for 7+ miles/ 34 min Sat. and unknown time on Sunday, but i went farther on Sun. Not bad for my first outdoor riding of the season with lots of hills involved!

Saturday we rode together – you forgot already

I didn’t forget, silly hubby. I just wanted you to have your own entry for biking. I’m smaaaht that way.
Texas Seestor says:
Wednesday: Swam ~30min
Friday: Swam ~30min
Saturday: Biked 33miles (~2.5hours)
Sunday: Biked 16.5miles (1hour)
So happy the weather has been better for biking. Of course, it is spring which means wind, but still nice sunny days!

Squirl says:
I walked a bit, intermittently. I’m blaming it on the time change. I felt crappy most of the week. Now I’ve spent most of the last three days in the car.
Maybe I can get a bit of walking in now that we’re in Sedona for a week..
You’re doing so very well!
Victoria Winters says:
I average 2 runs a week, I just forget to tell you!

Well shoot, I forgot to post a on Sunday, so let me see if I can remember all the FUN stuff I did.
Monday – Dance (if I don’t post times, it’s because I didn’t remember)
Tuesday – Bike ride with Andy, 1 hour long, forgot how many miles, but it was a good amount for our first one of the year.
Wednesday – Dance, Aerobics
Thursday – Nothing
Friday – Jumping Jacks
Sat – Yard Work
Sun – Yard Work
And now I am going to work for 7,000 steps per day, 30 minutes dancing (maybe), and I am going to purchase a step on Friday so I can up my aerobics.
