I had a record breaking week! I did something every single day! And even with it raining today, I’m going to do one of my indoor exercise tapes.
I am also breaking new ground with how I’m adding jogging to my walking. Each day, I’ve been able to jog a little longer or a bit more frequently! I’m really excited about this progress, if you couldn’t tell. Now, we just gotta get it to quit raining so that I can go outside again.
Mon – walked & jogged 3 times
Tues – walked & jogged 4 times
Wed – walked & jogged 4 times
Thurs – walked & jogged 5 times
Friday – pilates
Sat – walked & jogged 4 times
Sun – hips and thighs exercise routine
Amber says:
Gar to the rain, but at least you got to go out yesterday!
Mon – Walk and Dance
Tue – Walk and Dance
Wed – Dance
Thurs – Aerobics, Jumping Jacks, and Dancing
Fri – Aerobics and Dancing
Sat – Walking, mopping, and whipping mousse! (that wasn’t whipped quite enough!)
Sun – DDR
Fun.
I am excited for you. Now I wish I could up myself to do something once per day, every week, but for more than 15 minutes at a time. It’s just hard to do with a kid.
Squirl says:

Danielle says:
I’d say we all did really well this week!
Three cheers for us!
Momo, did you move?
Texas Seestor says:
Sunday – walk fast 35-40min, sit-ups
Tuesday – stairstepper (15min) and treadmill (15min), sit-ups
Friday – swim 30min
Saturday – ~36mile (2.5hr) bike ride in the Hill Country (very windy and hilly…hence the name)
A special note about my Friday swim. I tested out my new SwimP3 player that Trainwreck bought me for my birthday. It is a mini MP3 player that hooks to the back of your goggles. The ‘hearing’ parts are actually small drums that sit on your cheekbones and bone conduction transfers the sound to your ear. Pretty cool and it really works!!! Should make lap swimming much more pleasant.
Danielle says:
wow! Physiologically that sounds really cool!
