    Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri – walked

    Tues – bike ride – 8.2 miles

    Sat & Sun – bike ride – 8.2 & 7+ miles respectively, ave speed 13 mph (farther and faster than last weekend!)

    ooh boy…

    Mon-Fri: Aerobics fo 15 minutes, Dancing for 15 minutes.
    Tue-Thu: Walk around the block with Jonah
    Saturday: Gardening and walking for 30 mintues.
    Sun: It’s Jesus Day. Singing, I guess. (I gotta do SOMETHING.)

    Oh! And watering the garden. ;) (I’m desperate to put something here, can’t you tell?)

    We were just getting into town on Monday.

    Tuesday – walked around Sedona and shopped.
    Wednesday – took 2 hikes, one easy one for 30 minutes and one more hilly one for an hour.
    Thursday – nothin’
    Friday – walked in the hilly neighborhood for an hour
    Saturday – climbed partway up a dern big-assed hill which too about 45 minutes altogether.
    Sunday – iced my knee :)

    Now we’ll be driving again so probably not much exercise for a few days. My knee can rest.

    Tuesday – 30min stair stepping
    Saturday – 2 hours off road riding (90F heat!)
    Sunday – 1.5 hours of road riding (~21 miles)

    I’ve been doing alot of unpacking and cleaning…that will have to count for now. I hope to get back in the groove soon.

    Everyone else is doing soooooo good, I’m inspired!
