I only exercised on Friday when I went for a walk for 45-50 minutes.
Sun, Mon, & Tues – sick
Wed & Thurs – recovering
Friday – walked
Saturday – (lazy) shhhh! don’t tell
blecky for me. This week will have to be better.
Momo says:
Nope, I didn’t do any better. No real exercise, except for packing and cleaning. This week will not be any better. We have only four full days left in Charlotte, which means that I’ve got to kick it in gear to get us ready. This coming weekend we will be getting plenty of exercise, loading and unloading the truck.
I’ve did really well on my diet the first part of this week, the latter half and weekend…not so much.
Hope you get to feeling better, Danielle. I also hope everyone does well with their exercising in the coming week.

Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday – Sick and Recovering
Saturday – Walking to 7000 steps and dancing 15 minutes.
Sunday – ?

Thursday – Walked 20 minutes

Amber, 7000 steps sounds impressive. i’m thinking I need to get a pedometer. I’m glad to see you recovered and got back on the exercise wagon after getting well.
Momo, I hope your move goes well. Four Days! Wow! It is really close now. Keep at your diet. Remember your goals.
And try to squeeze in exercising ASAP, you really will feel better for having it squeezed in. I know I always feel better after I’ve gone. it is the getting myself to go that is tough. I say this, because I imagine you have the same motivation issue, but I don’t really know for certain. So, igmore the presumption if I’m totally off of the mark. BTW, were the fitness goals for the health insurance for the company _you_ work at, or was it JoJo’s? I’m just wondering if you’ll still have those goals in a little bit here.

Sun. – 20min ski machine; 15 min bike; sit-ups
Hmmm…not so good until Saturday
Sat. – 2.5 hours of yard work…mostly raking little, pain in the behind, Live Oak leaves that fall in the spring.
