I’m glad you are all out there. As you know, I haven’t been by anyone’s blogs lately and I hope to start to catch up.

But the good news is that I went for a walk in the sun yesterday with my mom for 35 minutes. It felt really great to get some sun and exercise.

Yes, I’m lurking again! Your pix of sitting in the sun really speaks to me. Today in class (yes I’m in school again!) I moved in the middle of my dreadful lecture on mitosis to sit by the window, the sun was pouring in. It lifted my sprits and made me feel so good. Amazing what a little soaking up the sun will do for you. Hope you feel better D, I’ll be thinking about you.
