    Well, I officially fell off of the exercise wagon this week. But I’m bound and determined to get back on starting with a walk outside tomorrow.

    As for the previous week, I walked at least 15-20 minutes each day, but never fast enough to break a sweat. At least I was out walking though! :-)

    To be honest with you, Danielle, I didn’t get a single bit of exercising done this past week, unless you’d like to count packing and unpacking. I guess I chased Jonah around, too. I failed. bleh.

    Oh now, wait a second!

    I have to mention this, just because. I did end up going around the building for a walk one night. And then the day of the move I did quite a bit of running. The temps were 15 degrees F here on our moving day, so it was QUITE THE FREEZER BOX outside.

    So, yep, lots of running in and out, because it was cold.

    And now I have that song stuck in my head. :)

    Thanks, HB, now that you said that I have blended the song “Everybody Dance Now” with something else and now I get, “Everybody **** Now”. You out there can fill that in to whatever you please. I alone knows what it says in my mind. ;)

    Danielle, I am glad that you went out walking, even though you didn’t break a sweat. It’s hard for me to break a sweat in general. I either stay dry and happy, or overheat and have to go inside and lay down. It’s kind of weird.

    Hey, but you missed the really cold weather while you and HB were away. It got down into the negatives one night, and the day we moved the high was 15. Oh, wait, I already said that before.

    Lame excercise week for me.

    Friday – 30min on elliptical machine + sit-ups
    Saturday – 45min on bike trainer + sit-ups
    Sunday – volunteered for ~4hours at the local marathon; poured and handed out lots of Powerade in 29-34F weather. Does lots of standing count as exercise???
