Hot exercising chicks (and chicos?) – Week 2

I’ve heard this song in the post office and the car lately and it was an option for open mike night at the bar attached to the hotel. However, I am no Olivia Newton-John with my alto voice.

    Wed-Bedroom Exercise
    Thu-Bedroom Exercise
    Fri-Bedroom Exercise
    Sat-Bedroom Exercise
    Sun-Bedroom Exercise

    I just wanted to freak some people out.

    PS. Superbowl made me gain the 5 pounds I lost, but I lost it back again this week because I have been exercising. :)

    Here is my REAL schedule:

    Mon- Chase Jonah around the building and shopping until I dropped.
    Tue- 50 Jumping Jacks and 50 sit-ups
    Wed- 50 Jumping Jacks and 50 sit-ups
    Thur- 40 minutes on eliptical trainer
    Fri- Work on the house, 20 minutes walking, chase Jonah around the building, and dancing.
    Sat- 25 Jumping Jacks, 20 minute walk, working on the house.
    Sun- Working on the house, all the dem dang day!

    BLOB!

    So how did you other ladies do? I have been doing well. :-)

    I wasn’t really planning on trying to start an exercise program, but…

    Sunday (I’m including it ‘cuz it looks more impressive): 30 min. swim
    Mon-Wed: 35 min. walk each day
    Wed: 30 min swim
    Today (yes, it’s Sunday again): 30 minutes SHOVELING :)

    Bad week for me….only one day of exercise which was Tuesday. I rode my bike trainer for 45min (10 miles).

    The rest of my plan was foiled by the cold weather we are having in Texas as swimming and weekend bike rides in Fredericksburg were supposed to be outside.

    Better luck this week.

    Um, besides the walking around at work, there’s the bedroom workout. Uh, nothing else in particular but I’m sure I will. I let my headache be my excuse for not exercising last week. I know, lame.

    As you can guess from my silence concerning last week, I didn’t workout! I was sick for the first part. That’s why. It’s better this week – I’ve run about 4-5 miles so far. Yippee!
