Flowers for Friday – purple and white checked orchids

Good news!

My talk went well, and I’ve been offered 2 different positions (well, 4, if you are counting the other 2 that are less of a good fit).

So, I’m very relieved, and excited, at the same time. Well, and exhausted. I have one more meeting tomorrow and then I’m free to go out and have fun with HB.

Now, I’ll just have to weigh the pros and cons of each, although I have a bit of a gut feeling about one already. I need to think about it a bit longer.

It is good to feel wanted.

    Those floweres are gorgeous. I don’t think I’ve ever seen “checkered” flowers. Lovely!

    The flowers are beautiful! So nice to see them in winter.

    I only took a few pics of the gates. I’ll put them up sometime this week. Nothing stunning, because we were juggling the kids. We were sxhausted!
