A bit of this and that

I’ve been wanting to post some pics I took over the weekend of the new Joe Bender that HB received for his birthday. Here’s Joe on my handlebars.
But also, since Ladybug and Honestyrain were so kind as to spotlight my site, I thought I might give a tip or two for anyone wandering by, and perhaps my handful or so of regular readers may find out about some older posts that they haven’t seen.
The closest thing I have to an introduction about my blog is the post I put up the day that I officially started, December 31st, 2004.
On Dec 31, I actually posted a bunch of stories that I’d emailed to friends and family about our mountain biking excursions. If you want to see the pics from our fall/winter New England bike trips, click the cycling category on the left. It also includes a post explaining why I have my bicycle in my living room, in case you were wondering. Oh, and as long as we are talking about my bike, here is a pic of Joe Bender protected by my water bottle cage.

And my latest favorite part of my site is Flowers for Friday. Again, the Flowers category has them all. Of course, today is not Friday, so the one above is simply a Bonus! Hope you like it.

Didn’t get a chance to tell you on your birthday, but HAPPY (BELATED) BIRTHDAY, SIS!!!! I think the new blog style is great! The man told me to take a look on Sunday night and boy, was I impressed.
